Group Living Services

Group Living Services, a division of ACC Community Connections, believes in improving the quality of life of individuals that struggle with everyday life functions in part due to their current mental health. Group Living Services provides direct, individualized, community-based, recovery mental health programming.

Community Engagement

Fostering social relationships through participating in community engagement activities. The client, with the behavioral specialist(s), will complete functional activities within the community to aid in increasing the level of empowerment of the client while meeting their measurable outcome(s). These skill sets modeled and practiced in the community will assist in transitioning the client to a more healthy-sustaining lifestyle as an adult.

Individual-Home Support

Highly specialized instruction meeting the daily mental health demands (psychosocial) of the individual and supporting the family with resources to increase support within the community. This also provides an opportunity to collaborate-implement tools/strategies with the families to increase organization, healthy habits, and assist in meeting the household challenges.

Group

Implementation of research-based differentiated instruction that provides coping, regulation, social-emotional, and behavioral techniques, which provide opportunities for all to be highly active participants within the curriculum(s). Provides further opportunities to learn, model, and practice functional skill sets with peers in a positive as well as authentic learning environment.

Residential
